  1. Data Collection: We collect the information you provide when using EasyInvoice, including your name, email, company details, client information, and financial data (invoices, quotations, receipts).
  2. Data Usage: Your data is used solely to provide the invoicing and billing services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
  3. Data Retention & Deletion: When you delete your data within the app, it is immediately removed from our active database. However, residual copies may remain in our cloud provider's automated backups for a limited time before being permanently destroyed.
  4. Your Responsibility (7-Year Retention): EasyInvoice is a tool to generate and process documents. We do not guarantee long-term storage of your records. Under the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Ordinance, you are legally required to keep your business records for at least 7 years. You are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your invoices and receipts to meet this 7-year retention requirement.

  2. 資料使用：您的資料僅用於提供開單及計費服務。我們絕不會將您的資料出售予第三方。
  3. 資料保留與刪除：當您在應用程式內刪除資料時，該資料會立即從我們的活躍資料庫中移除。惟因雲端服務商的自動備份機制，殘留副本可能在備份中保留一段短時間，其後將被永久銷毀。
  4. 您的責任（7 年保留期）：EasyInvoice 僅為生成及處理文件的工具，我們不保證長期儲存您的記錄。根據香港《稅務條例》，您有法律責任保留商業記錄最少 7 年。您必須自行下載並備份您的單據及收據，以符合此 7 年保留期的法定要求。
